DEPOSIT AND PRICING INFORMATION

We have ASDR Registered Miniature and Toy australian shepherds. Our adults are health tested and have fantastic temperaments! I have merles and solids, some with blue eyes. I have a one year health guarantee.I do accept deposits on litters in the amount of $300 per puppy, and "Picks" are in order of arrival of deposit. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.All of my puppies come with tails docked, age-appropriate vaccine and record, and puppy food/starter package. All puppies can be registered with ASDR.I deworm puppies regularly starting at age 2 weeks. They are checked by a vet at age 7 weeks.My puppies are raised in the house and litterbox trained. PRICES:PET: $650 for tricolor $1200-1500 for merle, $950 blue eyed tricolor
BREEDING:+ $500 for breeding rights, at discretion of breeder

DEPOSIT:(Surety of Action Deposit) in the amount of $300 of the purchase price is required to hold a puppy for the buyer until date of delivery.There are NO refunds on deposits, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the puppy to another Buyer and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Seller for his/her possible loss. This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the purchase of this puppy.The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the deposit if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy (examples: Buyer is found to be charged or convicted of animal cruelty, is a violent person or offender, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory, to name a few) .If the transaction is voided or if through some tragic/ unavoidable accident the puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home, then the deposit will be returned to the Buyer; unless the Buyer wishes to apply the deposit to another puppy (if one is available) or to a puppy from the next available litter.
